  I received my J.D. from UALR School of Law and began my practice as an associate with a large firm in Central Arkansas. As a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities department, I gained significant experience in business start-ups, corporate transactions, finance, business contracts, and commercial and residential real estate matters. In 2007, I established my solo practice, which focuses on providing personalized and cost-effective legal services to clients in the areas of bankruptcy and corporate law.
